The Patriarchal Cross is a tall wooden double cross in the Kürnacher Flur.Southwest of the local settlement of Kürnach on Haflerweg, just before the A 7.The 6 m high double or patriarchal cross was made from Kürnach oaks. The template was a patriarchal cross, which has been proven for the year 1723 about 500 m southeast of the current location. Such crosses were once placed in the hallway as protection against storms, disease and war.
