Cycling
The cemetery is hidden between the trees and is completely overgrown. It belongs to the State Educational Institute of Ruiselede and Beernem and served as a cemetery for the staff and children of the asylum until 1971.
A few meager crosses indicate the place where in 1940 Belgian refugees, who were victims of an air raid, were buried. There are also some more prestigious tombs from the 19th and early 20th centuries.
