Hiking
Agodorp is a small settlement along the Ruiten Aa canal. The village was built in 1915 for the employees of the AGO factory. This was a carrying and canning factory for Potatoes, Vegetables and Ooft (fruit).
Later, wooden instruments were made here for the textile industry. The village was specially founded for the workers and management of the factory and initially consisted of 45 workers' houses and three manager's villas. After the war, the AGOdorp was expanded to 90 homes. The factory has since closed, but the houses of the factory village are still in their original state.
