This memorial was created for Anton Daxenberger, who came from an important Mühldorf merchant family. The family ran a specialty, material, color, pattern and fashion goods, cloth and porcelain business for 4 generations, a grocery wholesaler, and its own bank and exchange business were also affiliated. The Daxenberger-Haus, on the corner of the town square, is one of the oldest merchants' houses in town.

Hirbei is also his loyal employee, Mr. Anton Scheifele Privatier v. here Mr. Sebastian Schuller master baker v. thought honorable here. In May 1880. "

      On the base it says:

"To the noble-minded nature lover, Mr. Gustav Daxenberger, out of gratitude to the Beautification Association and his long-term employee, Mr. Mathias Schuller."
