    Hiking

The remains of an ancient beech tree can be found on the De Haere estate. When this became too dangerous to keep upright, two Arnhem chainsaw artists turned it into a work of art. The theme has everything to do with the theme on the Haere: war and peace and the ravages of time that show itself everywhere.

The estate parking lot is located 50 meters from this location. Monument can only be reached on foot.
