Hiking

The termination of the Coventry Canal is a good place to start a waterside amble along the towpaths. Here you will find a bronze statue of the 18th-century engineer James Brindley, as well as a range of shops and small businesses. Between here and Hawkesbury Junction, where the Coventry Canal meets the Oxford Canal, is the Canal Art Trail, showcasing 15 specially commissioned pieces.
