Safe crossing when riding with children to the Hilsea Ramparts. The Eastern Road is very busy with traffic, however there is a cycle path with lights at the roundabout making it easy to cross from Hilsea Ramparts to Farlington Marshes then follow the cycle path which links to the Hayling Billy Line.
