This is the private cemetery of the Barons of Pöllnitz. The von Pöllnitz family lived in Frankenberg Castle from 1783 - 1971.

The center of the cemetery is a classicistic monopteros that has become dilapidated and is currently hardly recognizable because of a wooden support corset. It will soon be dismantled, restored and rebuilt in the same place. The graves of the deceased family members are arranged in a circle around the round temple.
