Mountain biking

Immediately behind Lachtehausen is a parking lot on the left. If you follow the forest road that begins there for a few hundred meters into the forest area of the "language", you will reach a branch after a few hundred meters - also on the left. This path lined with old oak trees leads in the direction of the laugh. At its end is - well hidden - the so-called "Königsplatz"

Mountain biking

The Königsplatz received its name probably from a hunting visit by an English or Hanoverian king. But this is not finally clear. Around 1900, a hiking shelter was built here. The hiking trail on the lten forest border led past here. Even today stands on the Königsplatz a wooden shelter.
