Einstieg Flow Country Trail Petzen

In August 2014, the Petzen opened the Flow Country Trail - at the time the longest Flow Country Trail in Europe - and received the IMBA award in the same year.

After extensions, the route now has a length of 11.5 kilometers and overcomes more than 1,000 meters in altitude, which can also be conquered without much previous knowledge.

The trail is very well shaped and really fun. It can be driven very quickly. There are also a few small jumps here.

At eleven and a half kilometers, it is one of the longest flow trails in Europe. Really cool trail!

In early August 2017, he was partly severely damaged on some adjacent curves and sometimes even blocked for repair work. Should therefore be anticipated driving, since such passages are not previously visible. Protectors are recommended in spite of the relatively easy terrain, as a lot of gravel has accumulated in the gullies washed out by the rain and there is a risk of slipping when entering such a channel.

Longest flowtrail in Europe and is suitable for everyone. Great fun :-)

The trail is a lot of fun, but you shouldn't underestimate it! Yesterday morning a badly injured biker (wasn't wearing a protector), in the afternoon I saw an emergency doctor's helicopter ...!
