Hiking

Old military barracks right at the sea taken over by trees and vegetation. Perfect for exploring and taking pictures. There are signs explaining the history of the buildings. They are only in catalan though.

Mountain biking

The first buildings of the barracks date from the year 1844. Its construction was promoted by the Royal Police Corps to suppress smuggling, especially tobacco, and to monitor the coast. During the military coup of 1936, the carabinieri remained loyal to the republic, a fact that precipitated its dissolution at the end of the Civil War.
