At the Lifeboat Museum Nymindegab you can experience how the sea rescue service worked until 1975. Here you can see both the lifeboats and the other equipment.

The Lifeboat Museum Nymindegab was set up in the old sea rescue station which was in operation until 1975. The exhibition shows the history of the sea rescue services and the equipment used. Among other things, a complete rocket equipment with rescue chair.

The museum is located in Nymindegab, 8 km from Nørre Nebel, in Varde Municipality.

The visit is included in the entrance fee to Nymindegab Museum. The keys are handed over against a deposit.
