The Mira Dunes Route (PR5 MIR) is a popular hiking and cycling trail that crosses the remarkable coastal and forest ecosystem of the Mira region in Portugal. It is one of the best ways to explore the protected area of the Natura 2000 Network Site "Dunes of Mira, Gândara and Gafanhas".
