Until its renovation in 1963/4, the building stood in raw masonry made of Rhenish Hessian limestone. The church was extensively renovated and redesigned under the pastor of the time, Robert Kraft. The baptismal font was donated by the Nieder-Olmer stonemason Werner Weisenborn: it was his masterpiece. The organ comes from the local organ builder Erich Breitmann.
