Very surprising the many cairns at once. How did it start? But you immediately feel content to put one stone on the other.

Stonehenge, so you can call the crest of Lindenberg, of course, too. Highly recommended and to visit on the Lindenberg route.

At the Hünselburg on the Lindenberg always new stone pyramids are being built by hikers. On every tour again and again exciting to see how many new ones have arrived.

The single trails on the Lindenberg with the stone sculptures on the Hünselburg and the Felsengrat above the ridge are all extremely recommendable. The best way to go over the Knorreichenstieg on the Hünselburg to the water then back over the ridge of the Lindenberg and enjoy great views.

See recommendation. Rise or descend over the ridge of the Lindenberg.
And not to forget the Knorreichenstieg.

Here you can see that the Edersee is always well visited. You are also inspired to cut a few stones

Where do all the stones come from? Since some people really bothered :-)

Dangerous for MTB when wet, but exciting degree (hiking trail) from Lindenberg down to the lake tip. 🚵‍♂️👏

The rest of a rampart that enclosed the Hünselburg, a Celtic refugee castle. Unfortunately, the building of cairns by hikers continues to destroy this archaeological find complex, which is also located in a nature reserve. It would be good if this fashion soon became uncool.

Great break space for hiking groups and solo tours, in the middle of the forest. Fortunately, only one source of the Qasser is missing.
