Hiking

This is a charming and characterful inn nestled just to the west of Bassenthwaite Lake. Its classy rooms offer a high standard of accommodation, with breakfast included; you can enjoy a seasonal menu in its excellent restaurant; and sup locally sourced ales, as well as all else you'd expect from its well-stocked bar.
