Declared an asset of local interest, this bridge-aqueduct was built with the aim of bringing more water to the municipality of Rubí. Later, in addition, the force of water was used to generate energy.

Can Claverí, an 18th century work of engineering from Rubin.

Between the years 1752 and 1753, the waters of the Can Ramoneda stream, which passed behind the castle and were going to drain into the Xercavins stream, were diverted, in order to irrigate the orchards next to the stream. The works were financed by the irrigators and the owners of the area, who were under the authority of the City Council, and to carry them out they had to cut a ridge, which would be saved by the bridge. Just built in 1753, it was a bridge (road) and also an aqueduct, as it brought water to the mill in Rubí Castle. The popular name was "water bridge". It consisted of three large semi-circular arches, of which only two are currently preserved, which supported the road and the watercourse.

In 1993 it was repaired, as it was in a very bad state, and it is currently protected as a Cultural Property of Local Interest within the Rubí heritage catalogue.
