When you have conquered the Stützenhofner Kreuzberg, you will be rewarded with a view of the ruins of Falkenstein and the small town below. From the other side you can see the Stations of the Cross. The Way of St. James also passes here.

In 1944, the Stützenhofners vowed to donate a memorial monument after the hardship of war had been overcome. This swearing cross and Way of the Cross was erected on the Steinberg (today Kreuzberg) in 1947/48.
