The Krippscher flows into the Blies at the end of the Flachbachstrasse in Bliesen. The Blies rises near Selbach / Municipality of Nohfelden, district of St. Wendel. At 99.5 km it is the longest river in the Saarland and overcomes 236 meters of altitude before it flows into the Saar in Sarreguemines.
