Parts of the park are still quite accessible, even through the official entrance from the street "Am Hängebargshorst" in the southeast of the park. Depending on the width of the paths, they are still accessible, but in some cases (in summer) they are completely overgrown with nettles and blackberries. If you're going on an ambitious walk, it's better to wear long trousers, long sleeves and a machete 😉
