Höhenweg überm Plansee

On this panorama path you always have different views of the lake and along the way there are always small wooden fountains that are fed with cool mountain water, great for cooling off.

Beautiful path over the lake, but currently very afforested. I do not know how it was before, but seems to be upgraded to a forest highway at present. On the opposite bank of the trail we liked better :-) is still necessary to circumnavigate it!

We did this little hike with a 5 year old child.
There are ships on the Plansee every hour.
It started from Seespitz on a really great path that has a lot to offer. When we arrived at the Hotel Forelle we had lunch which was really delicious. Back by boat.

What else can I say? A wonderfully beautiful lake, a well-developed path, a beautiful environment ... This mountain trail is really worth the name "highlight".

On this high path you have the best view over the lake and a great panorama, while on the other side the path mostly runs at sea level and thus a completely different panorama.

In winter❄️, when the way is clear, an absolute "must"‼️

Here you go up above the lake and down along the mountain. The way on the other side of the lake is nicer

The path leads along the Plansee a little above the road, giving you a great view of the lake and the surrounding mountain landscape.
