Near Hilversum, with the large KPN tower in sight, is a large round boulder with engraving along the route “Natuurbrug Zanderij Craillo, opened by Queen Beatrix in 2006.” Apparently we cycled on the largest ecoduct in the world, part of the goal of making the Utrechtse Heuvelrug a continuous whole again. For the observant viewer: because we were taking pictures, 'the model' cycles back and forth.
