The entire port area has been extensively restored. From the harbor square you have a beautiful view of the Boize and the Schacksgraben, which flows out opposite. In addition to a free parking lot, there is also a mobile home parking space. The parking space is located directly at the Boizenburg harbor. The historic old town, which can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes, offers good shopping opportunities as well as numerous gastronomic and cultural offers. Due to its location on the Elbe Cycle Path, the port is an ideal starting point for cycling and dyke hikes in the Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve.
