Location: northeastern slope of the island of Elba, facing the gulf of Portoferraio.
Characteristics: narrow and winding track, partly carved directly into the rock.
Points of interest: passage under the massive and historic castle of Volterraio.
Views: spectacular and open views over the wide stretch of sea in the bay of Portoferraio and the north coast.
