According to legend, there was a castle here.
The lord of the castle was killed by the Hungarians, after which they wanted to rape his daughter. The damsel sought to escape by throwing herself to her death.
Since suicides were not buried in the past, the damsel is said to still be haunting the Berghammer Leitn and not find her peace.......
