This route is officially closed and as of April 2023 already heavily eroded. Only go here if you are sure-footed on scree and in good, dry weather. There are numerous landslides and falls along the route and the river is wild. Sticks can help with balance. The bridges are also not quite in order anymore. Stay on the girders and be careful with the wooden planks. Sometimes no cell phone reception. Despite all the risk, an incredibly great route!
