It's really quite difficult to park close by to access this fell, but the walk in (on sketchy roads) is worth it as the views down over Morecambe Bay and the surrounding fells are stunning. There are also fell ponies up here which look so peaceful and serene.

The north path up from back o' the fell road can be very overgrown with fern in summer and navigating up can take a lot of brute force and guess work. Coming back down the path through Eller How Farm was much better so suggest that way.
