The trail start is not here anymore but a bit further down the road you can enter the oil plantation property and hike to the rock. It does say no entry allowed, one local said I can go so I did anyways.

The viewpoint is nice but not as great as can be seen on Google Maps anymore due to the hight of the surrounding palm trees. Current (inofficial!) entry to the 'trail' is shown in picture
