Hiking
The size of the body of water is 19 hectares with maximum dimensions of about 675 × 480 meters. It is fed by trenches from the Kleiner Dölschsee and the Salchowsee and flows south to the Huwenowsee. There is a small island roughly in the middle of the lake. Some of Baumgarten's properties have access to the lake.
