The one-story yellow brick building was built by Killisch von Horn from 1860 to 1868 with a pigeon tower. In the witches tower originally hung a vesper bell that was rung for evening prayer. In the old dairy there was a sports restaurant in the 1940s. Two other restaurateurs ran the Jägerhaus and the Hillgners restaurant in the old mansion at the Rose Pavilion. The two-story hunter's house at the bird aviary still exists today, but without a second floor. It stands between the dairy farm and the aviary.
