The foundation of the parish of San Giacomo in Marrara dates back to the 11th century [3] while the church was documented from the 13th century. It was built in the immediate vicinity of the Po di Primaro and from the beginning it had such dimensions as to contain three altars in its nave.
Note
Excellent stopping point on hot days due to the many trees present.
