Built between 1710 and 1720, it's characterized by the beautiful balcony supported by seven anthropomorphic shelves that closely recalls the splendor of the Lecce palaces, not without that typically medieval taste for the use of fantastic animals taken from medieval bestiaries, a taste that would have permeated the season exquisitely baroque. The large archway that describes the balcony is surmounted by the heraldic insignia of the Andrichi Moschettini family and frames the elegant door leading onto the balcony in the center, highlighted by a refined entablature with plant motifs. The building is organized on two registers linked by sobriety and elegance. The lower floor has a large and powerful portal in the center on which the balcony is set and which leads into the small central courtyard. A simple string course divides the two registers. The upper one has large windows at the openings below. A delicate frame with blind arches, all different from each other, closes the vertical development of the building.
