Bought by the Duke of Wellington's great-great-granddaughter, Mary Wellesley to stop the development of Berkhamsted after the war.
Wellesley planted hundreds of thousands of trees, including 50 non-native species.
It's also home to many Glis Glis (Edible Doormouse), descendants of the six original critters brought to Tring Park by Walter Rothschild in 1902.
They live in the many wooden boxes that hang from the trees here.
