Running

Good area to practice with the mtb. There are two steep sections in the small forest, see beforehand whether you can do it. On a steep section it is quite slippery downhill because of the leaves, and the fence comes dangerously close, better avoid at the time of the year, otherwise very easy to drive on, you just have to expect often walkers.
