Located on the picturesque shores of Lake Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia is a charming medieval village that takes its name from an ancient villa called "Angularia." This name derives from the unique position of the villa, situated on a point of the coast with a right angle. The village is famous for its collegiate church of Santa Maria Assunta, located on the top of the promontory, the suggestive panorama offered by the Church of the Madonna delle Grazie, and the Fontana delle Anguille, symbol of the city.

The town is reflected in the waters of the lake.
The 360-degree panorama that can be seen from the Collegiate Church, the highest point of the historic center, is beautiful.
