Look left from the path here and go up and you will see the cave opening could be easily missed

It's a bloody steep scramble to get down. Didn't think about it much going up but did on the way back! There's no path that I could see, it's just tufts of grass and crawling. The cave is neat, couldn't clearly see how deep it goes, but some way.

There are a couple of faint paths steeply traversing up the hill from both east and west to the cave entrance - keep your eyes peeled or you may miss them! This is access land so although there is no official footpath you can walk anywhere. Once in the cave, unless you have full caving gear you can't go anywhere near as far as neighbouring Attermire cave
