The chapel of Saint Agatha (Chapelle Sainte-Agathe) is a field chapel in Chaineux, located on Haute Chaineux, which is part of the Belgian municipality of Herve.
The chapel was built in 1775 and has an octagonal floor plan. An older chapel may have existed on this site. On the roof is a lantern that is also octagonal and contains windows that illuminate the interior space. Brick was used as a building material, but the plinth and corner bands are made of natural stone. The entrance portal, designed in classicist style, is also made of natural stone.
From about 1600 is a brick-built funeral cross. A polychrome wooden statue of Saint Agatha is from around 1805.
