This wonderful little museum, south of Fort Bragg, has a huge display of handcrafted jewelry made from glass recovered from local beaches, as well as a collection of other marine artifacts. That of Capt. Founded by Cass Farrington, the museum is worth a visit to learn more about the history of Glass Beach, which takes its name from the tons and tons of discarded glass from Fort Bragg households that were dumped on the beaches until the practice in stopped in the 1960s.
