The Schweinfurter Haus is a managed hiking lodge of the Rhönklub branch of Schweinfurt on the slope of the Gangolfsberg.
The origins of the use of the area go back to the 15th century.

The Schweinfurt group of Rhön Club has been running the house as a managed hiking home since 1922, here near the basalt prism wall and the Teufelskeller. There is also a 65 km long hiking trail to and from Schweinfurt.
