De Straalmolen is a watermill on the Grote Nete on the Watermolenweg in the Belgian hamlet of Straal in Olmen. The mill is now used as a flour mill. Despite its current "modern" appearance, Straalmolen has more than 6 centuries of history behind it. It is remarkable that it has been in operation almost all this time.

@claudine and Robert. Is not true! There are 2 water mills in Olmen. Beam mill is still in use and inhabited. Toon Druyts, who took over from father Jef in 2022, is the current miller. . straalmolen.be
Hoolstmolen, a little higher up on the large Nethe, is empty.
