The Pic del Vent is, at 815 meters high, the highest point of the Sierra del Farell and a wonderful vantage point from where we have impressive views of all the mountains in the province of Barcelona. It is another of the mountains that appear in the FEEC list of the challenge of the hundred peaks, and there we are heading to score our 17th peak. For its ascent, you have to go to Sant Sebastiá de Montmajor, a small neighborhood with a Romanesque church on the outskirts of Caldes de Montbuí. So we approach this town on the C-59 and pass its southern access. We continue along the road towards Moià until we reach a roundabout where we take the detour towards Caldes. A little further on, we will find a detour on the right that leads us to the El Farell urbanization on the BV-1243. You just have to follow the road until the end (just over 12 kilometers) that will leave us in front of the church of Sant Salvador de Montmajor.
