Mountain biking
The ascent (eg from the Eidertal meadow path) is worthwhile. From this point it goes in the most beautiful Schleswig-Holstein trail down to just before the railroad tracks. Then it goes up a steep piece again to drive downhill in a small arc. Not a very long, but very fun section. I always like to tie it in my rides.

Downhill is exaggerated (more S0, maximum S1), but it is still a nice route. Goes pretty hilly up and down.
