The Görlitz department store was built in 1912/13 in the historicist style with elements of Art Nouveau. It is the only one of its era in Germany that has largely been preserved in its original form.A special feature is that the department store served as a backdrop for the 2013 film "Grand Budapest Hotel", along with other historic buildings in Görlitz.More info:
