    Hiking

In May 2001, the Asperhofen mountain and nature reserve and Asperhofen market town on the hill (254 m above sea level) of the Landesgarten Asperhofen built a lookout tower to mark the 25th anniversary of the Asperhofen mountain and nature reserve. The 15 meter high wooden lookout tower was named after Wilhelm Kisser, who died in September 2004. He coined the market town, inter alia, as a Volksschuldirektor and local council as well as through his participation in the volunteer fire department and the Landesgarten Asperhofen.
