Standing in the start house and looking down to the Mausefallle is just a thrill ... and then the view to the opposite to the Wilder Kaiser. Incredible guad!

It is considered to be one of the most difficult descents in the world, the Streif. The supreme discipline is held on the Hahnenkamm after the Lauberhorn race in Wengen, Switzerland, which is also one of the classics. In 1937, today's Streif was used for the first time. The Austrian Thaddäus Schwabl won the first race with a time of 3: 53.1 minutes. Fritz Strobl holds the course record that is still valid today, he crossed the finish line in 1997 after 1: 51.58 minutes.
