It is hardly possible to overlook the extensive 101 hectare area right on the water in Marina Bay. Two large, futuristic buildings rise from the green of the Gardens by the Bay, designed with ecological sustainability in mind.
These are the cooled greenhouses of the flower dome (Flower Dome) and the cloud forest (Cloud Forest) - the largest self-supporting greenhouses in the world. The free-standing and self-supporting glass roofs enclose huge areas without columns or pillars disturbing the picture.
When dawn sets in, the Garden Rhapsody begins. This dazzling light and music show takes place every evening between the supertrees.
