Tips
Entry to the former Ravensbrück concentration camp is free. Of course, donations are welcome. There is mainly a literature sale in the visitor center. The exhibition on history and memory is located in Building 2, the former command center.

The guards and middle ranks lived here when the concentration camp was in operation. The houses later served as accommodation for the CIS armed forces. The Ravensbrück Youth Hostel has been housed here since 2002.
