Anyone who drives the Frauenbach trail from Klaus towards Pathal can also take this easier and shorter route.
Instead of going up the ramp to the right, go straight on, over a knoll (photo) and a depression to the edge of the forest. Be careful when it is wet, there are nasty roots.
Change over a small bridge from the right to the left side of the valley. The meadow trail is easily recognizable. After about 100 m you continue on gravel in the direction of Pathal.
