Mountain biking
The North Sea beach just below Castricum is a great place for mountain bikers who enjoy adventurous cycling. Here you can use the beach itself as a challenging route, with varying surfaces from hard sand at the high tide line to softer sand further away. The open view of the sea and the fresh sea breeze make it a unique experience, while the nearby dunes offer additional opportunities to extend your trip.
