Hiking

The former brine pool from 1909 is now the Theater an der Ruhr. Until the 1970s, the brine bath was supplied by a pipeline from the Altstadtn colliery. It was then taken over by a tanker truck from the Concordia colliery in Osterfeld. Unfortunately the brine pool had to close in 1992.
